 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MFNSHii. We take pride in our products and want every customer to review their order carefully before completing a purchase.

Because MFNSHii merchandise may be released in limited quantities and certain products or sizes may sell out quickly, all purchases are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase with MFNSHii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All MFNSHii sales are considered final sale.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or other personal purchasing decisions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, prices, quantities, shipping information, and order details before completing checkout.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Although refunds are not offered, MFNSHii may accept size exchanges when the requested replacement size is available.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery of the original order.

All size exchanges are subject to availability. Because MFNSHii merchandise may be released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size will be available when an exchange is requested.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the original purchase remains final and a refund will not be issued solely because an alternate size is unavailable.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn and unused;

  • Be unwashed;

  • Be in its original condition;

  • Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, fragrances, odors, or other signs of wear;

  • Have no damage or alterations occurring after delivery; and

  • Include original tags and packaging, when applicable.

MFNSHii reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving an exchange.

Merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be refused and will not qualify for an exchange.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Before returning any merchandise, contact MFNSHii at mfnshii@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Original size purchased;

  • Requested replacement size; and

  • Reason for the exchange.

Do not ship merchandise back until you have received exchange instructions from MFNSHii.

Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee approval or guarantee availability of the requested replacement size.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a size exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. MFNSHii is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise not received during return transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact mfnshii@gmail.com promptly so we can review the issue.

Please provide:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the merchandise; and

  • Clear photographs of the packaging, when applicable.

Additional information may be requested to properly review the claim.

If MFNSHii confirms that an incorrect or defective item was sent, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damage caused after delivery through wear, washing, improper care, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow applicable care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

MFNSHii does not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

Please carefully review your product, size, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before submitting payment.

LIMITED RELEASES & SOLD-OUT SIZES

MFNSHii products may be produced and released in limited quantities.

Purchasing merchandise does not guarantee that another size, color, style, or replacement item will remain available at a later date.

MFNSHii is not required to restock a sold-out product or size solely for the purpose of completing an exchange.

Nothing contained in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy, MFNSHii will comply with those requirements.

By completing a purchase from MFNSHii, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, including our final-sale terms and size-exchange requirements.
